My name is Erik Clymore and I am Small Batch Bugs. My goal is to produce quality, consistent, and purpose-driven flies. 

I am consumed with all things fly fishing and fly tying. I rarely go more than a week without getting on the water, whether it’s time spent with friends, solo trips, or prepping for/ participating in competitions across the south east

This competitive perspective coupled with a minimalist mindset has had a huge impact on my fly tying. Each fly that makes it to the site must serve a purpose. 

My goal is to use what I have learned(and continue to learn) to make my time and your time on the water just a little more productive.
